If you think, this summer is the hottest, you haven't met my latest addition to my Fantasy
team - Patrick. One look at this wild mustang cowboy, I knew he would be a hit with you ladies.
Women at the Romantic Times parties in Houston, swarmed Patrick like bees to honey and begged to dance with him one after
another. I heard the sighs and saw the twinkle in his female fans' eyes when he swaggered
to the dance floor, then grind and swayed his hips to the music. He had a way with people,
charming, fun and made people feel comfortable being with him. He made me laughed when he told me
jokes. And you know what ladies, Patrick has a beautiful hot body that he takes very good care of
and he looks every inch a pirate rogue (grin).
Doreen: Patrick, tell me what does your horoscope says about your personality and what is
this year's prediction for you?
Patrick: I'm not sure what this year's prediction will be, but I know that Cancers are very
sensitive, caring and loyal to their friends and family. These traits are pretty accurate too.
Doreen: Were you a boy scout when you were in school? Or join any school clubs?
Patrick: No, I wasn't a boy scout (laughed) and I wasn't involved in any clubs, but I did
play football in high school.
Doreen: Did you enjoy going to school then?
Patrick: I enjoyed seeing my friends and play ball in school, but like most kids, school wasn't
my favorite thing to do.
Doreen: Do you play any musical instrument?
Patrick: Does a remote control count as a musical instrument? Just kidding, the closest I get
to a musical instrument is the cash register at my store. I'm not sure if anyone else appreciates
it, but it's definitely music to my ears!
Doreen: You are funny (chuckling). Oh yes, the sound of my cash register ringing non-stop is
very appealing to my ears too. Since you are a co-owner of a swim wear company, do you find
women shy in approaching you for advice on what type of swim wear they should buy? Any interesting
story about your work?
Patrick: Most women will ask my opinion. I do my best to help them find the style and color
that looks good on them. We have so many to choose from that customers are overwhelmed. The
funniest thing about some women is that they won't come out of the dressing room to show anyone
what the suit looks like on them. That includes their husband or boyfriend who may be shopping
with them. This is really strange to me since they are going to be wearing the suit out in
public at the beach or pool where there's LOTS of people around.
Doreen: I think your female customers truly appreciate your input even though they are too
shy to show themselves to you or anybody. I believe women are far more self-conscious and
critical of themselves than men. Look at all those out-of-shape guys with their beer gut
sticking out at the swimming pools and beaches. Didn't bother them a bit either to display
their hairy backs and hairy butts.
Patrick: (chuckling). Men can be very critical of themselves too.
Doreen: Since you are in the fashion business, do you also model? Have you modelled for
catalogues, print, TV ads, go on publicity tour, etc.?
Patrick: Yes, I do model but not full time. I enjoy modeling, but I have to focus on my
business right now. If an opportunity comes up, I'll be there.
Doreen: Have you done any acting? (e.g. in high school, college, stage play, etc). Would
you be interested to pursue an acting career?
Patrick: I have never done any acting. If I did any serious acting, I would prefer to be
close to my daughter and family who live in Louisiana and not to be away from them for too long.
Doreen: Your daughter and family are lucky to be your top priority. Lots of stars can get
so wrapped up in their career that their relationships suffer. If given a choice, what roles
would you prefer to play: action, thriller, romantic, sci-fi movie heroes or all of the above?
And why.
Patrick: Definitely action! I love movies where the hero sweeps in, gets rid of the bad
guys, saves the day and rescues the beautiful girl.
Doreen: Sounds so romantic and heroic. What kind of books and movies do you like?
Patrick: I don't read much because of my busy schedule, but action, old westerns (especially
John Wayne and Clint Eastwood) or horror movies are my favorites.
Doreen: You would certainly make a good action packed cowboy. Do you do any charity work?
Patrick: I had done charity works in the past but not currently.
Doreen: What type of women are you attracted to?
Patrick: I am attracted to down-to-earth women who are low maintenance. They have to be
honest, loyal, trustworthy and love to laugh and be silly with me. I love to hunt and fish,
so my ideal woman is someone who dress up to go out on the town on Friday night, and wouldn't
mind getting up at 3 am Sunday morning to go fishing with me all day.
Doreen: What do you do to make it a romantic time for your special lady?
Patrick: I would bring her flowers or a card just to let her know how special she is. I
would do things with her like help clean the house, go to the grocery store, do laundry and
wash dishes. I would leave little notes around where she can find them sometimes, telling her
how much I love her. I like to cuddle up on the couch with my special girl and watch tv together
with a big bowl of popcorn.
Doreen: Awww...that is so sweet and romantic. I have seen many women at the RT convention
flocked to you, do you feel flattered by their attention? How did you handle those who were way
too aggressive and wanting more than just your friendship?
Patrick: Absolutely, I feel flattered! I don't think of myself as all that special, so to
have all these women around me is great! I didn't find that many who were aggressive. Most of
them respected my feelings and didn't cross the line.
Doreen: On the whole, what do you like about women? Do you think men can be best friends
with women without sex and romance involved? (i.e. other than your sweetheart).
Patrick: I think women and men can be friends. I'm not sure if they can be best friends
without feeling some animalistic attraction. Most of my girlfriends have been friends who
eventually turned into best friends then girlfriends. That's something that is very important
to me though. I have to like them as a person besides just the physical attraction. If you like
the same things and have the same goals and opinions about things, your relationship will be
much more fulfilling.
Doreen: You were one of the most sought after dancer at the RT vampire ball, where did you
learn how to dance? Did you take any professional lessons?
Patrick: I have never had professional lessons, but I have a natural rhythm. Growing up in
Louisiana, dancing is a big part of life. Every family get-together, there's cajun music and
you just can't help but dance to that!
Doreen: What other types of music do you like?
Patrick: I like to listen to music like The Doors, 80's music, classical music (especially
the ones with lots of violins) and some hard rock.
Doreen: Do you work out at the gym alot? What are your favorite exercise machines or
workout regiment that work for you best?
Patrick: I work out 3-4 days a week. I'm usually at the gym for 2 hours. My favorite body
part to work out is my chest. I have been training for about 17 years. I enjoy sculpting my body
and keeping in shape. It's alot of hard work, but it's worth it. Besides, I have to work off all
the chocolate and pizza!
Doreen: What type of exercise would you recommend to tone up stomach and hip muscles? (alot
of women and men have problems in that area).
Patrick: Toning up the stomach and hips are not necessarily about working the muscles. Fat
there is usually caused by your diet. If you have too much fat deposited in those areas, no
amount of crunches or leg lifts will make the muscles look good because they will be toned, but
covered up by the fat. Diet, diet, diet is the key to looking good there. Working out with
weights is a big part of it, but the simple fact is, you have to burn up more calories than you
take in to lose weight.
Doreen: Do you have a pet?
Patrick: I have a dog who is 12. His name is Sugarbear. He's great. He goes with me to work
almost everyday and loves to ride in the truck with his nose out the window. He barks at anyone
he sees on the street or if they have the windows down in their car.
Doreen: What kind of car do you like to drive?
Patrick: I have a 2000 GMC stepside pickup with a short wheel base.
Doreen: Are you an introvert or extrovert person or both?
Patrick: I am more of an extrovert. I usually talk pretty loud and I don't mind being the
center of attention.
Doreen: What are your hobbies?
Patrick: I like to hunt, fish, work out, work in my yard at home, take care of my truck
and watch tv.
Doreen: If you were the U.S. President, what would you like to do with your position and
power?
Patrick: If I were President, I'd get rid of all the corrupt people in the government and
stop worrying so much about other countries and concentrate on making our country the strongest
and best it can be. I'd give everyone a chance to have an education and good medical care,
no matter what their financial status was.
